Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
Return Process
  1. Initiate a Return:

    • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at help@prexirowears.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  3. Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@wtffglobalaltd.com for further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@wtffglobalaltd.com with a description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
